My personal favorite, Reservoir Summit, has a stunning, almost 360 degree view and some trees. Identifiable by the now empty reservoir on the top of the hill.
Reservoir Summit is behind the locked gate and is not accessible by vehicles, but can be hiked or biked to from the North gate.
